I started to feel achy around my neck and started to get the chills. I woke up this morning to a swollen throat and so I went to the doctor and I have strep throat! I'm not happy about this especially since I was looking forward to enjoying this time of feeling all around good.

I am allergic to amoxocillin and penicillin and those are the two prescriptions they give to pregnant women. Thankfully they found something I can take so here's to hoping it works. Now if I could get rid of these chills and aches. Before I was pregnant I would have taken nyquil and slept the night away, now I just have to ride it out..
