Hey ladies! I see so many mixed answers on here... I really really really need to get my hair done. I wanted to go get a partial foil to get rid of my roots (normally have brown hair but dye it blonde and brown) I called my doctors office and the physicians assistant told me it was fine. That the rumors stating it is terrible is a myth and that as long as I wasn't soaking my head in dye in a non-ventilated space I should be fine. What do you think?
