Who has energy for the gym?

I had the worst all day m/s through the entire 1st tri. I'm still nauseous daily, but more so when I'm hungry or tired. I didn't go to the gym at all during this time.

I was hoping that I'd be ready to get back to the gym this week, and was planning to go tonight with DH, but I'm still without energy.  When did you get your energy back? And if you go to the gym, does it make you feel better or worse?
