Frustrated!!!!!!

I was informed today by my company's human resource rep that I won't qualify for Family Medical Leave Act b/c I work for a government contracting agency and I am only 1 of 3 employees working in my location. Its so frustrating because my company is HUGE and I assumed I would naturally get FMLA- but NO- all because I dont have 50 employees within 75 miles of where I am stationed- I wont receive FMLA benefits! I was banking on being able to work a reduced schedule until my FMLA time ran out  but now I dont know what I'll do. 

plus, I am 14 1/2 weeks and am dying to know what I'm having. My OB waits until 20 weeks to do the ultrasound so I thought I would try for an elective 4D ultrasound BUT....I just got off the phone with my clinic and they informed me that I cant get a 4D ultrasound until 26 weeks. They said thats when the best pictures of the baby are taken.  I know that most women have to wait til 20 weeks- I just got my hopes up and now I'm a little let down!
