2nd Trimester

Just a food question...

I am 22 weeks now. Everything thus far has been going very well! I have been out of the morning sickness zone for about 8 weeks, and I am feeling quite good! I returned to my normal exercise routine, and I am pretty much back to my normal eating habits. 

My question is about eggs. Normally, I really do like eggs. I like them over-easy, scrambled, and sometimes poached. However, I find that eating scrambled eggs right now, makes me gag just a little bit. I want to know how BAD it would be for me to order a breakfast of over-easy eggs and white toast. I have heard mixed opinions about this.

One side is saying "oh no, don't do that. You could poison the baby" and the other says, "People are way too sensitive. Eat what you want."

Opinions?
