What are your must have items...

I am going to be having a belated baby shower/meet the baby shower that ladies at my church want to throw me. It was supposed to be this last Saturday but since we were in the hospital with DD2 for almost 4 days since she had RSV and was having trouble breathing it got postponed for now until I feel more comfortable taking her around people again and then it will be rescheduled. I had been asked to make a registry so people had some ideas of what I needed or wanted and I did. But I was curious if there are any other items I can add that would be nice/convenient to have. Registry is rather small right now since I have an older DD who is only 2 right now and they asked me to add a few more items...so I am here for ideas. 

So give me what your must have items are!! TIA for the ideas and help.
