I have seen a lot of debts on crib bumpers so I thought I would share some information with you ladies.
So after all the bumper debates (early on) made me want to research
it more. According to the JPMA and CPSC between the years 1985 and 2005
there has only been 27 reported crib deaths. Most of which have not
been due to bumpers alone. I also looked it up on the federal law
enforcement of consumer products death investigation and most cases were
deemed to be staged. Also most deaths were due to plastic bumpers and
bumpers that were too thick or loose. There was also a lawsuit filled by
a few companies against "breathable" bumpers for slander and false
information.I'm not saying either is better then the other just
information.
