Ultrasound and Health Risks Research

My husband and I are debating on whether or not to have an elective ultrasound done (we've already had 3 for medical reasons) our midwives told us that although the technology is considered safe when necessary they advised us that there were some health concerns related to brain development, Autism, etc.

I've found a couple articles on it (see below) but I was wondering if anyone has some recommendations for articles with some more information. Thank you
