Itchy rash on my belly

I don't know what it is, or what may have caused it, but it looks similar to heat rash. Very small little bumpies that get bright red when I take a shower. They itch but as long as I don't itch them I can at least tolerate it. But once I itch it, the itch goes away then comes back 10x worse. It is all over my whole belly, in my belly button, some has moved into the crease of my leg by my thigh, and even a little bit in the crease of my right arm. I wonder if this is one of those typical pregnancy rashes. I just noticed it yesterday when I took a shower. I go to the doctor tomorrow for my monthly check-up, do you think I will be okay to wait until then?
