2+ Moms, need help! (With clicky...)

We're expecting baby #3 this June and 2 kids will have to share a room. Originally we planned to move DD into DSs (larger) room and put the baby in the other room once it was sleeping in it's own crib (baby will be in our room for 1st few months).

Now I'm starting to reconsider, and am wondering if we should leave DS and DD where they are, and put baby in with whoever (if it's a girl then with DD, if it's a boy then with DS) once baby is ready for the crib/sleeping longer stretches at night.  

I'm starting to feel like that's the better, less-disruptive option, but DH is concerned about the baby outgrowing the bassinet in our room before its sleeping through the night, thus moving it into its crib and waking another LO during the nights.
