How long does it take to pass a food that upsets LO?

My 5.5 week old DD is BF and occasionally supplemented with formula. We discovered early that LO is effected by beans in my diet so I have been avoiding them. Last night, hubby made Chili for football and it had 3 different beans in it. I ate a bowl without even remembering that I can't EAT THEM! (geeeez). So my question is, how long does it take for the food to pass through my system before I should try BF again....I have been pumping and freezing since last night and giving LO stored breastmilk/formula.
