I'm feeling a little embarressed. Would you be?

We were team green and because of this we decided to have our baby shower after our baby was born. My mom is throwing it for me. My DD was born November 9th, after talking about it we decided that it would be better to wait till after the holidays to have it. This week we set he date for the 22nd of this month. I'm super excited about it but I'm feeling really embarrassed at the same time. My daughter will be about 2 1/2 months and I've never heard of anyone waiting that long.

What would you think if you got an invite to a shower for a baby that old? Would be embarrassed at all? I care way to much about what people think, please don't flame me for that. I'm just trying to settle my embarrassment about it. But at the same time I would like honest opinions. Haha I'm so conflicted.
