2.5 month old has a cold? Should I worry? FTM.

My 2.5 month old seems to be coming down with a cold, or so it seems. Figures, he just started daycare this week. He started with nasal congestion yesterday, and started with an occasional cough overnight. I just came home from work and he seems to be wheezing slightly when he breathes and sometimes I can feel his chest rattle when he takes a breath. Still coughing occasionally - like every 10-15 min. Doesn't seem to have a temp, his appetite is fine, and he seems perfectly content. I called the pedi when he seemed wheezy once about a month ago and they said just to keep any eye on him and call if it got worse. Should I worry at all about the cough or the slight vibration to his chest? I'm a FTM so I'm still trying to learn what to worry about and what is normal. Thanks!
