pain in my groin...help!

hello ladies!

i'm a totally paranoid mom to be but I just can't help it. I'm 16 weeks now and all the sudden i've started to get this pain in my groin almost like it feels like my cervix.....its not extremely painful but just a little annoying. It mainly happens when I'm sitting or laying down but i'm getting nervous....my friend told me that other day about a girl whose water sac came out at 20 weeks and i'm scared this is a sign that my cervix can't handle this.......please help..should I call my doctor ASAP or is it normal?
