Our Pediatrician suggested we start tummy time. Our daughter is only a week old and sleeping until we wake her for her feedings. I am nervous to start tummy time and throw off her sleeping until we wake her. At what age and at the time of the day do you suggest doing tummy time? Do you do it before they feed once you wake them to prevent throw-up? Help
