fussy in middle of night

Since DD has been home from the Nicu at 2 weeks, she has been doing great. Eating fabulous, sleeping a lot, etc. But after her middle of the night feed- at 2 or 3, she wakes 2 hours later really pissed off and grunting and groaning. For some reason, this is the only feed that really bothers her stomach and she can't get comfortable for a long time.

The only thing I can guess is most of the day after feeds she is in a bouncy seat, etc but after her middle of the night feed she is in her bassinet. 

Thoughts? We would be getting a lot more sleep based on her feeding schedule if she wasn't so uncomfortable.

She is eating pumped milk in a bottle and I have used gas drops in her bottles.

Should I just put her in bouncy to sleep at night?
