FTM RnP Question

I worry whenever DS is in the Rock n Play that based on the way it's set up he will be sleeping with his chin to his chest which can constrict the airway. Is this obnoxious? Sometimes he turns his head to the side, but often wants to keep his head straight on and it looks as if his chin is on his chest, which newborn classes and such have made sure I know is bad. Does your LO sleep with his/her head straight? Any problems with this in the RnP?
