Price for in home child care

Hi everyone.  We have an amazing neighbor who is a mother of 3.  She recently brought up caring for our baby while we are at work.  She is currently a stay at home mom whose youngest will be attending school this year.  She is contemplating going back to work next fall, but thought caring for our little one could be a way she could still be at home if her kids need her, but also generate income.  Can anyone give me a ballpark on how much we should/would pay her?  We obviously need to talk this over with her, but I just wanted to get an idea.  Thank you ahead of time!
