formula feeding from the start?

Has anyone done this? I tried with my two boys to breast feed and both times were pretty much disasters. I had Pre-E with both and was induced with both and the docs told me that sometimes because of forced delivery and my body not being ready blah blah that will inhibit my milk supply. Long story short I ended up BF for about 10ish days with both before I pretty much had NO milk, mastitis, bleeding nipples ect. So from there I decided to formula feed and had no issues what so ever. With this one I'm considering not putting myself through all that and just formula feed from the get go but I'm feeling a bit guilty about not even trying. I know every time can be different but I honestly have no desire to.

 Anyone else formula feed from day 1?
