Bleeding/spotting at 24 weeks

Hello ladies, last night I had some really light bleeding. For the past month or so I've had some pressure but my doc says its because I had another child (10yrs ago) so everything is weaker and thinner this pregnancy. Well last night when I went to the restroom I had some really light pinkish blood. About and maybe less it stopped and returned, however I'm really worried about this! I'd feel better if I knew if this was normal! When I look it up online it only has women spotting/bleeding early in the pregnancy, I however am 24 weeks and three days! I'll be 25weeks Tuesday of next week! Is this normal or should I be concerned? Btw there isn't any cramping or pain and the baby is still moving!
