Low lying placenta....anyone else?

Hi Ladies, 

Just got back from our anatomy scan and everything came back great. Baby girl is doing great and very healthy as well as my cervix and placenta. They did say that my placenta is a little more low lying at this point. They said it is a marginal previa ( just slightly over my cervix) The Ob said that at this point it is not uncommon and that 90% of the time as the uterus expands the placenta will move away from the cervix and not block it at all.

If not the case of course, they would need to do a c-section but that isn't the case at this point. She did say that we need to avoid all intercourse at this point. But modifying activity is not needed. 

 Does anyone else have this going on??
