How long does it take?

How long does it take for your LO to finish their bottle? My 12 week old drinks around 4 oz. every 3-4 hours. The first 2-2.5 ounces go quickly but then he started getting distracted and playing around. It takes anywhere from 34-45 minutes to finish a feeding...and often he leaves half an ounce. I have tried upgrading to level 2 nipple but same thing. Just wondering if this is normal, he does have reflux and is on meds along with rice cereal in his bottle.

 Also, how much should he be eating? I think he drinks anywhere from 23-26 ounces in a day and is probably 12-13 lbs.
