14 wks and suddenly no symptoms = worry

i am 14 wks and 3 days.  for about 6 wks i had morning sickness, had to pee in the middle of the night, got terrible headaches, some cramping, heartburn....with in the last week all that has gone away.  i have no bump, which i understand can be normal (this is my first).  nonetheless i am getting nervous that something may have gone wrong.  i'm certainly not complaining about no symptoms, don't get me wrong, but i'm just wondering if it is odd for them to all suddenly disappear?
