Teething....Now?!

Ok so my DD is about to be 3 months this saturday and latley ive noticed that she's been drooling a lot and people say that shes teething...She has been more fussy than usual and has been chewing her fist non-stop...I tried to give her a teething ring but she wont take it im assuming because its cold (lol)...Any advice?
