PCOS and Birth Control?

I have a pretty severe case of PCOS.  It took us 4 years to get pregnant with LO after lots of medications, hormones, and surgeries.  We are pretty sure in about two years we want to have another one, but I can't take anything with hormones in it.  I tried BCP and low dose BCP and reacted horribly to it.  We had a c-section so I'm not sure if I wanna deal with the hurt of inserting an IUD.  IDK if having a baby will increase my fertility or not...should I even go on BC?  What if it takes another four years?!?  Thoughts?
