Baby sounds as if she's clearing her throat

My DD often sounds like she has something stuck in her throat, usually just after she eats. It sounds as if she's trying to clear it. I can't tell if she's bothered by it or not. Sometimes she fusses but she could be crying for another reason. She doesn't always cry when it happens. She's just under 2 weeks old (I'm going to ask the Dr. about it at her 2 week appointment) and breastfed. Any ideas? TIA.
