Spit up

I always burp my daughter after I feed her, and will take breaks during feeding just to burp her. I noticed sometimes she still spits up after, today it was an hour after feeding and milk randomly shot out of her mouth.

When I burp her, she doesn't always burp so I pat her back for extra long just to make sure.

I'm worried about her spitting up in her sleep and choking. What should I do?
