did u stop swaddling?

if so, when did u stop? my baby still sleeps swaddled at night at 8.5 weeks, but i heard recommendation is until 13-14 weeks. the 9 week update said that baby should learn to roll soon, i just dont see how baby can roll while he is swaddled. what your input?
