ff & 5 weeks... How quickly does your LO up bottle size?

DJ has been eating 3oz bottles since he was about 2 1/2 weeks old.  Sometimes he would only take 2oz in week 3 but after that he has been solid on 3oz every 2 to 3 hours.  The last two days he has been wanting more so I bumped him up to 3 1/2oz.  Just curious how quickly everyone else's LO's moved up from one size bottle to the next.  Also, that redundant question: How much does your 5 week old eat?  DJ is ff.
