Just started nipple confusion at 6 weeks?

When DD was about 1-2 weeks old, she would take a paci on occasion, but never loved it.  Recently, whenever I try to give her one (we've tried 3 different kinds) she gags on it.  Before yesterday she would take a bottle at any time. I brought a bottle to my 6-week PP check up just in case and she started gagging on that!  I dont mind her not taking a pacifier, but is there any suggestions on how to reintroduce her to a bottle?  I EBF on demand and really only need to feed her by bottle when going out.    Thanks ladies!
