Is that an alien in your belly?

This is a question that I got from my 3 year old god daughter last night while she was watching Tristan jump up and down and move all around in my belly

I reassured her that the baby is not an alien, but it's funny to me because it honestly looks like I have an alien in my belly

while I felt my angel babies moved, I never actually got to see them move so this is all new to me and I am loving every minute of it
