bulge above belly button???

I have a kinda funny bulge right above my belly button that is pretty much right along my mid abdominal line. It shows up if I am standing and lean backwards just a bit. It doesn't hurt at all. I just figured it was normal because all my insides are being pushed around. I showed it to my husband last night and he said it could be or could become a hernia...

is this normal?
