WDYD when they throw up?

DD just got sick for the first time ever. She threw up the milk she had drank about an hour before (yuck!). I cleaned her up, gave her some water and took her temp (no fever). She asked for a banana so i gave her one, but now I'm wondering do I need to call the dr? She seems okay, says her tummy is all better and I know she's getting 2 of het 2 yr molars. Or do we just lay low and see how the day progresses?
