I saw your post about the Starbucks mug.  I got one with a GC for my birthday in Sept. and it is the best.thing.ever.  I can fill it, have it in the car if I go to the gym early morning, and it is still really hot to drink 1 1/2 hours later.  So I agree is what I am saying!

And...nothing back on the Nano yet...did you get the packaging?  I have been using our Ipod touch as DH got an Iphone and I am using the C25K app, which I cannot use on the nano.  That is awesome that you are running 5 miles...I hope to do a 5K this year
