Hope this helps someone else. Regarding saline for congestion.

DD2 has been congested and I was recommended saline drops to help break things up to suction her out. The saline drops were extremely difficult to get in her nose because the "spout" was too big for her little nostrils and she was so wiggly that more saline ended up on the burp cloth under her than in her nose. 

THEN while looking through the pharmacy section at the store I explained to the pharmacist what my dilemma was and she brought me a a box that is "Little Noses Sterile Saline Nasal Mist" It is the same thing as the drops but in a convenient mist form. It has a spout small enough for her nostrils so you just slide the small tip inside the tip of their nostril and squeeze the top down and it sprays a little saline mist right in there instead of trying to aim big drops into their nose. It was much  easier and has worked a lot better. Highly recommend it if you are struggling with the normal saline drops. Hope this helps someone else who might have been struggling.
