Will luck be in my favor?

January 2012 in 2nd Trimester

I am so excited and nervous all at the same time and this is even my third pregnancy?!? We have an appointment tomorrow for blood work and since I am 19 weeks along I am hoping they go ahead and do my 20 week ultrasound (even though I am not scheduled for that) cause for some reason we really want to know who our final addition to our family is. I am trying to not get my hopes up but my 4 and 5 year old are asking too. What do you all think? maybe I will get lucky!?!
