XP: Pressure in upper right hand side: what is it?

Hi everyone, I am experincing something strange and wanted your opinions. 

On and off for a few weeks, every so often I feel pressure in my upper right hand side, right below my ribs.  Today, it is really uncomfortable.  It is funny, with my dd7, at the end of my pregnancy her little butt always rested there and made me uncomfortable, and it's reminding me of that.  I know baby #2 is too small right now to be up there, but what could this pressure be- just overall organ shifting?   Is anyone else experincing this?  It does not seem like anything to call the doctor over, but it's really getting to me today!
