Peeing up the back!??

Whenever DS sleeps flat on his back, he pees up his back! Literally, all the way up his right side. Even his hair was wet last night! Poor little guy. Why is this happening and how can I prevent it? He sleeps best laying flat, as opposed to the RnP. And his diaper is always snug. I can't figure it out!
