Protein and Calcium

I know how important these both are when it comes to my baby's health. My midwife told me to eat between 75-100 grams of protein in a day and 1200 mg of calcium. She has me keep track of what I eat to ensure that I am getting the proper amounts. I have found that on some days I eat well above the amount she recommends. Could this be harmful to my baby? Confused
