Won't eat

I EP and have been giving breastmilk in a bottle to my baby since week one.  All of the sudden today (10 weeks old), she refuses to eat/take the bottle.  I'll put it in her mouth, but she pushes it out or around with her tongue or she will move her head from side to side seemingly wanting to get the nipple out of her mouth.  She is obviously hungry, she is showing signs, but I can't figure out why she won't eat.  I fed her fine overnight while she was still half asleep, but this morning is when the problem started.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.
