Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Exercise

When you you find time to workout? I went back to work on Monday and planned on starting my workouts in the morning but I'm too tired and lazy to get up and do it after taking care of my 8 week old through the night.   I have a 13 year old and a 4 year old too, so I guess it's either at 10 pm or 5:30 am.  What works best for you guys?
