Lower carb eating ?

Prior to getting pregnant I had been eating following mostly the south beach diet for the last 5 years or so. ( limited carbs .. only "healthy" carbs and NO processed food. Now that I am pregnant I re-introduced several things I had given up for the last few years and I am wondering if all this starchy bread heavy in carbs food is contributing to the "sluggish" feeling I have. 

Does anyone here follow a very clean diet while pregnant, that is limited in processed carbs?

*** before anyone flames me for this post .. wanted to add .. I am not talking about not eating carbs , I am talking about cutting out the processed carbs that also contain sugar and unnecessary starch.
