What do you actually need to pack in hospital bags?

If you have been through labor before, what did you bring that you actually used and are planning on bringing again, and what do you wish you had that you didn't bring?

I assume the hospital will have things like shampoo, conditioner, tooth paste and tooth brush, shower towels, ext....?

What did your bring for yourself, DH, and baby that was usefull?
