1st day back to work & just called the DC to check on LO

Of course I balled my eyes out this morning while dropping DD off this morning.  She was totally fine and smiling but it was sooooo hard.  So, when I just called, they said she had just woken up from a little nap but she was not wanting to take the bottle before her nap.  I'm BFing and LO takes the bottle as well, but she won't take it if she's overly upset.  I'm pretty sure she's just used to nursing during the day because that's what I did when we were home. So maybe she's just missing nursing and going through withdrawal.  I'm filled with so much anxiety because I'm afraid she's not going to eat.  Anyone else having the same issue?
