thrush vent

I think we have a not so nice case of thrush. I tried wiping my son's tongue thinking it was formula residue only to angry him to screaming in bloody murder and the spots not going away can't see the inside of his cheeks. i tried a towel the gum massager finger tool nothing seems to get rid of it since he cried uncontrolably im leaving it alone and I gave him some tyenol he slept good till it wore off then he woke up 3 times from 300 to 600 crying but not fully awake gave him tyenol crying refused bottle cried when he sucked on his fingers so I will call dr  and see if he has a true case of thrush.
