2+ time moms, are you more uncomfortable this time around

i feel like i am having more aches and pains earlier on and am only at 24 weeks, but i am honestly not far off from the size i was when i delivered my son at 38 weeks! i knew this time around would be different, but part of me is nervous that every complaint i have is something serious. i think i am actually more paranoid this time around. i am looking for some reassurance that others may be feeling the same way.
