I am considering going back to the classroom and just wanted your input and opinion. It's been three years that I've been a reading coach and I've been working towards administration, but I've been having a change of heart considering all the time it takes away from family time. Right now, it wouldn't be a drastic change in pay. I would just lose my stipend, but I wouldn't have to work summers.

So, if you're a teacher, wwyd? If you're in administration, what would you advise?
