Two month shots this morning...

DS finally had his 2 month shots this morning (a month late due to insurance issues). The appointment was about three hours ago and so far, so good *knock on wood*. They gave him something in liquid form and then one shot in each leg. Both nurses came in so that they could do the shots simultaneously. DS did the red-faced silent cry for a minute, but when I picked him up, he quieted down and even started smiling. Whew! Not as bad as I expected, thankfully, and I'm hoping he continues to do just fine.

For those whose LOs have had their shots, did it affect LO at all? Fever, fussiness, etc. And if so, how long after the shots did the symptoms kick in?
