Catching Everything thats going around..

About a week or two ago I caught the stomach bug...now I am coming down with a nasty cold. I am so used to taking nyquil and sleeping it off for a day but I can not do that now..so my questions ladies is...any suggestions on what to do to speed up this cold?? I am going to take Robitussin but anything else work wonders for ya??
