Bottle transition help

DD won't take a bottle, and I have to go back to work on Tuesday.  We've tried several different types of bottles and different nipples (slow flow, fast flow etc).  We've tried when she's hungry and in between feedings.  We've tried different positions (bouncy chair, held, boppy).  We've tried me feeding her and my husband with me in a different part of the house.  No matter what we do she screams and will not drink. 

I'm at a loss and any help would be much appreciated.
